The location was superb, staff were amazing and the food was delicious

Deluxe double room we had was actually quite small with a small balcony unlike images on website. The pool was only waist height which meant you couldn’t really swim in it!!

A hotel with amazing location.

The pool & beach infrastructure is amazing

The gastronomic offer in the hotel is quite limited. The choice and quality of food at the beach bar is quite below a 5* standard. Luckily there is the Martini Beach Bar next to the hotel.

Beautiful service and hotel staff were wonderful. The bathrooms a little outdated but most hotels in Sardinia are. The shuttle takes to town that’s nice touch.

The location. The beach.

The schedule for dinner. Some of the employees but this happens already almost everywhere. Very poor english, even some of reception desk staff. One of the waiters team leader was pretty annoying/offensive and had a despising attitude towards us. We avoided him as much as possible, a very loud and noisy person... bathrooms with '1990's airx everything looks pretty old, not vintage. :)

We stayed in late September for a week. The weather was good without being excessively hot; and the beach wasn’t horrend

Outstanding location - beautiful pools; lovely sandy beach with amazingly shallow, clear blue water. View of the sunset from the room balcony was breathtaking !!

Shuttle service to town should stop later than 7.00pm (maybe 9.00/9.30) No complimentary tea/coffe in room.

Some good and some bad

Nice location. Has its own private section on the beach and the beach loungers are included which is a nice touch. Pool facilities were amazing.

Some of the rooms in need of redecorating. We had to move rooms as nails hanging out door frame. Thankfully they upgraded us which was a nice touch. Odd to have the gym next to the terraced area.

Lovely location and beach, but hotel a bit dated, could do with a refresh. Services could be better. Not worth the money

Great beach set up. Beautiful location. Good breakfast

This hotel seems to cater to a crowd of slow-moving, elderly people. Who knows why really, but if you’re looking for youthful company, do not book here. The room smelled like mould. When I asked to change rooms, I was told that the hotel was supposedly « booked out » for the duration of our stay. It honestly didn’t feel that full. Staff failed to give us beach towels almost every day. The turn down service also happened every other day only or very late at night, which in my opinion is unprofessional. They also forgot to replace the coffee pods on a couple of occasions (they also charge you for these - for the price you pay, they should really be free.) To that end, there is also no complimentary drinking water in the room, which the majority of 5 star hotels do on the regular. Should be included. There is not enough on-premises parking for the number of guests they accommodate. They do not tell you that you can order omelettes at breakfast. We found out by asking what the alternative to scrambled eggs were. Ceilings in the room were thin. Upstairs neighbours seemed to be dancing on the floor every night which was annoying.

Martina, Valeria and Mara at the front desk were friendly, welcoming, full of intelligence and happy to help. The view and location are great.

The staff at breakfast were not helpful and looked like they didn't enjoy their job (3 mornings in row!!,) The wifi didn't reach our room and was not fixed despite asking several times. Our fridge didn't work but was fixed on 2nd attempt. We could not find any free lounge chairs by pool...the majority were not being used but had been "bagsed" with people leaving a book on chair. Should have an attendant to monitor or ensure this does not happen and/or signs.

It was very nice and pleasant, location is great, facilities (pool and beach area) was great as well!

Room had a smell of “closed beach property”, bathroom had leaks from shower and toilet, drawers were broken. We were traveling with children (total 15 aprox) and the pool staff kept asking them to be quiet .. they were doing kids stuff, being happy at the pool and we found that annoying.

Wonderful

The location is wonderful, better views are almost impossible! Food was also very good. I am pregnant and they were always double checking my restrictions, very attentive and kind!! Its a very relaxing place, lovely setting! I have read some critics about the place needing renovation and being old fashioned, honestly I would not really change anything in terms of style, it fits the location! Its absolutely charming and very well maintained .. we loved it!

There is nothing bad to say, aside from probably despite the location being wonderful it can get quite windy and if you want to explore other sites/beaches you will need a car - but that would be the case in basically every hotel in the island

Excellent spot for a leisurely beachside holiday.

Excellent location with superb pools and beach. Great town nearby with complimentary bus service from hotel.

Beds not very comfortable and hot drink facilities in the room would really improve it.

Impressive location, very clean, delightful staff and a stunning beach

Located in the most beautiful location with stunning views. Fabulous beach and pool complex. Most of all, we were highly impressed the hospitality of ALL the staff. In addition, we had half board and the food quality at dinner was excellent. The hotel is super clean and they are always mopping and cleaning the public areas. Our rooms were always immaculate and towels were frequently replaced without asking as was bed-linen. We would recommend a balcony with sea-view which we had and it was gorgeous

The wi-fi was weak at the limits of the property. There was no water cooler or anti-bac sprays in the gym and perhaps an extra machine or two would have been beneficial. Also no air-con in the gym which was uncomfortable. Not desperately important but it would have been good to have some tea/coffee making facilities in the room or around the hotel. The air-con was quite weak in our two rooms and we were there at the beginning of June.
